A. Chicago Copier Rentals can tailor a rental program to meet your specific needs. For a day, a week, a month or longer, rent everything to get you through your next event.

Q. What does your rental program include?
A. Digital copier, service, and supplies (excluding paper). We provide training on all copiers, fax, and printers we rent.

Q. If we need service, how fast will your technician respond to our problem?
A. Our technician will call you immediately after receiving your service call. Problems with the new digital technology can many times be corrected over the telephone. We guarantee a two-hour or less emergency response. This is your assurance that the equipment will meet your expectations and factory specifications.

Q. What areas do you service?
A. Although we primarily service the Chicago land area we also include Milwaukee and Northwest Indiana.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept cash, cashier and company checks (requires bank clear), Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
